By accessing or using Wellness Prime Place services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part, you may not use our services.
Wellness Prime Place provides home renovation, remodeling, and installation services across the United States. All services are subject to a formal contract signed before work commences.
All prices are quoted in USD. A deposit may be required before work begins. Final payment is due upon project completion and your approval of the walkthrough. Financing terms are subject to credit approval.
Workmanship warranties vary by package: 3-year (Essential), 5-year (Premium), and Lifetime (Luxury). Manufacturer warranties apply to all materials. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing.
You may cancel within 3 business days of signing a contract for a full refund. Cancellations after work has commenced may incur charges for completed work and materials purchased.
Wellness Prime Place's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total contract price. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Any disputes arising from our services shall first be addressed through direct negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be settled through binding arbitration in the state of Arizona.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
